To make your online shopping experience safe and enjoyable, it is important that you know that all information, such as credit card number or shipping address, are transmitted using a SSL. You will be responsible for any total or partial loss, damage and additional costs incurred by you or any other person arising from any false, incorrect or incomplete address. It is your duty to properly update your registration information and payment.

Prices displayed on our website are in Canadian dollars.
The federal and provincial taxes are extra.
The prices of the items offered on our Website are subject to change without notice.

Payment method
Only Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Cheques are accepted only on billing for business customers who have accounts with us (according to credit agreement).

Freight and Shipping
Delivery is via Canada Post unless otherwise noted.
Transmission pricing varies depending on weight and volume of items ordered and shipping address. Rates will be confirmed when processing your order. Transportation charges are taxable.

Cancellation
To cancel an order placed through our Website, just contact us at 450-752-8871 or email : il.etait.une.fois @ videotron.ca within 12 hours after sending your order and indicating the number of your order received during your purchase.

Processing orders and merchandise returns policy
Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours (working days). If one or more items ordered are not available, the period may be extended. We will notify you by email.

We take care to properly fulfill your orders. However, if an item is defective, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you receive your order and the package is damaged, you should refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

All returns must first be authorized by us.

All returned items must be in its original packaging along with your invoice that corresponds to the item and returned it within 10 days of receipt. The date stamped on the return package must respect that deadline.

Upon receipt of your shipment, we will make the usual checks and notify you by email concerning your return item.
In case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, the postal fees for returning your item will be fully reimbursed. We are committed to exchange the item only. A credit note will be issued if the item is no longer available.

The total amount of returned merchandise and / or transportation costs will be credited to the same account used when paying for your purchase. This credit will be applied within 5 working days of receipt of the returned package.

No COD shipment will be accepted, whatever the reason.
